P85 is a micro-encapsulated locking system applied to the thread. As the screw engages, the capsules shear and the active material cures in the clearance between mating threads, creating a combined friction and bond layer. Because the film is thin, it suits fine pitches below M3 without altering the pitch diameter.
Material: SWRCH18A / SUS302HQ. It is driven with an electric screwdriver.
