The head is where the height budget is won or lost. A standard pan or cheese head consumes 1.2–1.8 mm; pressing it down to 0.6–0.8 mm lets the screw disappear into a counterbore so the outer surface stays flat. The trade-off is torsional capacity: a thin head fails earlier, so fine-pitch threads and a drive recess sized to the head are used to spread the load over more turns instead of more torque.
installed by electric or hand driver.
Set the driving torque from the head strength, not the thread strength, and confirm the limit with a destructive torque test on the actual lot.

Plated parts are checked for coating thickness to GB/T 5267.1, with corrosion resistance verified by neutral salt spray to GB/T 10125.Material certificates and dimensional records accompany each lot; material and dimensional records are supplied per batch.
