6061-T6 reaches roughly 290–310 MPa tensile and 240–275 MPa yield — well below steel — so wall thickness must be sized from compressive stress, not copied from a steel design. A plain sleeve is a spacer with a load path, so the two things that matter are the bore fit on the bolt and the squareness of the end faces. A bore that is too tight seizes on the bolt and stops the joint from seating; too loose and the sleeve tilts and loads the faces on an edge.
Material: 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy. The bolt passes through the sleeve to set the spacing.
State the fit between bore and bolt, not just the bore size; a clearance that suits manual assembly is often too loose for a torque-controlled joint.

| Standard | GB/T 3191 (aluminium bar), customer drawing |
| Installation | bolt passes through the sleeve for spacing |
| Typical substrate | battery packs and lightweight structures |
| Key inspections | bore, length, compressive load |
Bore, outside diameter, length and wall thickness are sampled by calliper or optical gauge. We recommend a pilot assembly at the actual torque and mating part before locking the process parameters for volume.
